Assembly and Fabrication
Our test stands are built, fabricated, and checked for quality before being sent to our customers. Each test stand is built to order so our customers receive exactly what they want. We only use the highest level of materials, skilled workers, and quality when building each testing system.
In-house and On-site Training
Each of our customers are encouraged to visit our facility to be trained on how to use their test stand purchased. We also offer installation and training at our customer’s location, no matter where they are located around the world.
Servicing and Upgrading
Does your test stand need a replacement part or in need of new equipment? We are available to service all of our past, current, and future customers to make sure their test stands last a lifetime.
Valve Testing Services
We offer a wide range of hydrostatic and pneumatic testing on everything from Gate, Globe, Ball and Check valves to Safety Relief Valves and more! Our purpose-built testing machines allow us to efficiently perform hydrostatic and pneumatic tests on buttweld, flanged, screwed or socket-weld end valves of most sizes and pressure classes. Our largest machine easily accommodates buttweld valves through NPS 16, class 300 with capabilities expanding every day.
